Really enjoyed reading Sheila's book. Very insightful and heartbreaking at the same time. Although I found it patchy in some parts, fore instance, jumping too far ahead just to conclude a storyline. The Carlos Santana story is a good example. It would have been better to find out about the later years towards the end of the book/5(). It says something for Wainwright's writing that I enjoyed this book, because having read it, I wouldn't say Sheila is the kind of person I'd immediately want to read the life story of. She's rich and she's in high society, moving over to London as a young woman, marrying a Lord, hobnobbing it with the royals and throwing and attending parties/5.
